What makes your coffee 'Bird Friendly'?
Our coffee is certified Bird Friendly by the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center. This means it is grown under a diverse canopy of native trees that provide essential habitat for migratory birds, rather than on cleared land.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard ground, arriving at your door within 3-7 business days.
Are your coffee beans organic and fair trade?
Yes, 100% of our coffee is USDA Organic certified and sourced through Fair Trade channels to ensure environmental sustainability and equitable pay for our farmers.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an error with your order or the product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer a subscription service?
We do! You can choose your favorite roast and set a delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) to save 10% on every order and ensure you never run out of fresh beans.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
To maintain peak flavor, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the quality of the beans.
